Britain’s brokenness increases daily with inept #Members of Parliament being the root cause. They show that reality that formal education cannot compensate for either lived experience or common sense.

Annamaria Migano writes in a LinkedIn post that “In 1945, about 25% of MPs had a working-class background; by 2019, it was just 7%. #Westminster is full of #lawyers, which may be why it can't get anything done.” She adds, “Those who are adept at the usage of words risk believing that talking is just as good as action.”
She has a great point. Indeed, there's substantial evidence that, with academia and universities now captured by Left-leaning ideology, students of all backgrounds have become increasingly incapable of thinking critically, challenging assumptions and personal prejudices and, most significantly, possessing a rational, evidence-based approach to living in the real world.
Successive governments are culpable for this utterly unsustainable situation. However, we who see the damage and understand the danger this foolishness has created, must now be working relentlessly to avert the #calamity and #dystopia that is closer than ever.
